Royal Tower Master Suite

This is is the largest & brightest Suite on the 3rd Floor of the Tower.  The sunny separate full livingroom has 3 large south & southwest facing windows with hill and vineyard views and overlooks the village piazza & church clocktower. It is extremely comforatable with a large sofa, 2 plush overstuffed armchairs, table & upholstered chairs & desk.  The quiet, peaceful separate bedroom has 1 kingbed with memory foam mattress & feather pillows and has and a small but comfortable sitting area. Both rooms are equipped with a large, high definition flat screen TV and music system bluetooth enabled, Nespresso maker & Tea service. The Royal Tower Master Suite has 2 full size separate bathrooms, one with a large glass enclosed shower cabin and the other with bathtub. Livingroom is 38 sq. meter/409 sq. ft. & bedroom is 24 sq. meters/258 sq. feet.

Minimum Stay 2 Nights all year and 3 days on weekends all year.  Minimum stay in September & October is 3 Nights and in November there is a minimum stay of 3 nights on weekends.

Children age 10 & older welcomed.  Infants are not an exception, thank you.  Sorry, Pets are not accepted.

We kindly require a 30% non-refundable deposit for all reservations.  Cancellation periods are stated below and 100% of the value of the total reservation will be due if the reservation is cancelled within the period: 

High Season of  April, May, June, July & August cancellation is 60 days in advance and 75 days for stays of 4 days or more or 2 rooms or more in the same party, reserved together or not. A reduction in the number of rooms or days is treated as a cancellation and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited for those days or rooms. 

Peak Season of September 1 - November 30 cancellation is 90 days in advance and 120 days for stays of  4 days or more or 2 rooms or more in the same party, reserved together or not. A reduction in the number of rooms previously reserved is treated as a cancellation.  

Your credit card will be pre-authorized with the balance of your reservation at the stated number of days of the cancellation period   prior to your arrival date  with an amount equal to the balance of your total reservation. The Late Cancellation and No Show charge is 100% of the total reservation being cancelled OR REDUCED either in number of days rooms. Early departure is treated as a cancellation, therefore, early departure, or reduction in nights or rooms, for any reason, will be charged 100% of the reservation.  Cancellation must be in writing, via fax or email only.
