We encourage you to use the copious information we make available on this site to organize and arrange in advance Restaurant & Winery appointments and to purchase tickets to the many Festivals & Events in the area throughout the year. We are more than happy to assist you with reservations ONCE YOU HAVE ARRIVED in the hotel, but the truth is you will have much better chance of doing what you'd really like to do if you organize & BOOK in ADVANCE. IMPROVED BUSINESS SERVICES

We have recently added WIFI service in all the bedrooms so you can bring your personal laptop and be assured of easily and realiably getting on-line hassle free! We do have a laptop that can be rented for a small charge in your room. We do NOT advise this as a replacement for your own laptop if you have work to do. We also provide Fax service. There are flat screen TVs in all the rooms and our satelite TV system does receive Bloomberg, CNN, BBC and other english, german & french channels.

Transportation & Taxi Service

While we still recommend renting a car to be able to fully appreciate our area, we do offer fee based taxi & transportation services for touring wineries, dining destinations, airport pickup & dropoff and more. For renting your car we still highly recommend pickup at an airport due to much better hours of operation and the ability to purchase "Francchigio" insurance (no out of pocket expense in the case of damage or accident) only available at airport car rental counters!

Gourmet Breakfast Buffet & Restaurant

Many say our Breakfast Buffet is the best of their entire trip. We offer both cold and hot selections and our coffee is premium, handpicked Kilamangaro which is dark roasted by a small, artisanal roaster to our specifications. We also offer an excellent Tea service with a large selection of high quality black, green & herbal teas as well as French made Tisanes.

Gardens and Grounds

There are many special places where you can sit and relax to drink in the magic of 1000 year old stone walls and massive hand hewn doors. The terrace or back lawn invites you to stay with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and enjoy views of the ancient village and surrounding hills and vineyards. The courtyard lawn and garden of jasmine, impatiens, sweet alyssum and masses of pink geraniums inspires lingering and relaxing with a loved one. Under the vine portico, especially at night with the old stone walls illuminated, one can fall in love all over again.

Pool and Fountains

Is there anything more enchanting than listening to the soft gurgling of a fountain and gazing into the turquoise blue of rippling water? It is a particular joy when it is combined with the surprise of overlooking a stunning Baroque chuch and belltower sitting atop a medieval village and taking in sweeping views of forest and vineyards. It is the perfect spot from which to watch the sun going down in the late evening, dropping behind the medieval church tower and then the far hills, burnishing golden red the rows of vines.

Sauna,Exercise Room & Mountain Bikes

What better way to ensure your relaxtion than to warm every fiber of your being with penetrating heat. After a day or two of sightseeing, eating and drinking some of the finest wine in the world, a little spinning and sauna can restore you to form. Ask the Front Desk for the key to our mini wellness room, to help you turn up the heat or schedule a massage with our on call massage therapist
